The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure waste generated through Empowering Connection’s operations is managed safely, responsibly and in compliance with environmental and work health and safety requirements.

This policy and procedure applies to all staff and meets relevant legislation, regulations and standards. It should be read in conjunction with the Work Health and Safety Policy and Procedure.

Waste that poses a risk to health, safety or the environment if not managed appropriately.
