Steps to Upload a Document from the Client Panel

Here you can find the steps to upload a document via the Clients panel in the CRM.

Step 1: Search for Client

Use the search bar in the CRM to find the relevant client or contact.

Step 2: Select ‘Documents’

Scroll to the Document Panel. If you don’t see this, make sure it’s enabled under Dashboard Panels in the top-right corner of the CRM client screen.

Step 3: Create Document

Click the ‘Create document’ icon to begin the upload.

Step 4: Select Category and Type

Choose the appropriate category and type for the document.

Step 5: Link Document (Optional)

Link the document to an opportunity, task, project, or project task if relevant.

Step 6: Enter Document Details

Provide a name, description, and other pertinent information.

Step 7: Assign Permissions

Choose the staff or teams who should have access to the document.
