Here you can find the steps to upload a document via the Clients panel in the CRM.
Use the search bar in the CRM to find the relevant client or contact.
Scroll to the Document Panel. If you don’t see this, make sure it’s enabled under Dashboard Panels in the top-right corner of the CRM client screen.
Click the ‘Create document’ icon to begin the upload.

Choose the appropriate category and type for the document.
Link the document to an opportunity, task, project, or project task if relevant.
Provide a name, description, and other pertinent information.

Choose the staff or teams who should have access to the document.
