The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure Empowering Connection delivers Telehealth services in a safe, effective and participant-centred manner that supports access, choice and continuity of care.

This policy and procedure applies to all staff delivering or supporting services via Telehealth and meets relevant legislation, regulations and Standards.
