The purpose of this policy and procedure is to set out Empowering Connection’s security arrangements to ensure a safe and secure work and service delivery environment for staff, participants and others.

This policy also outlines requirements for maintaining premises and equipment in a safe condition.

This policy and procedure applies to all staff and meets relevant legislation, regulations and standards. It should be read in conjunction with Empowering Connection’s Work Health and Safety Policy and Procedure.

For matters relating to personal safety, refer to the Protecting Participants from Harm Policy and Procedure and the Equity, Anti-Discrimination and Workplace Harassment Policy and Procedure.
