The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure Empowering Connection delivers Recovery Coaching services in a transparent, participant-centred and recovery-oriented manner that supports psychosocial recovery, choice and control.

This policy and procedure applies to all staff delivering or overseeing Recovery Coaching services and meets relevant legislation, regulations and NDIS Practice Standards.
