Overview — The Journey Process

A Journey begins the moment someone reaches out to EC. Your role as Journey Support Officer is to be the first point of contact, gather the right information, and make sure every new participant and family feels welcomed and supported from day one.

The Journey process has six stages:

  1. Enquiry received
  2. Discovery conversation booked
  3. Eligibility and fit confirmed
  4. Support Roadmap developed
  5. Support Partnership Agreement signed
  6. Welcome Journey completed — support begins

Where enquiries come from
