Set Up QTime

Before using QTime, make sure the following steps are complete:

Permissions

Staff need access to ‘QTime’ under their user profile. This can be assigned individually or through a team.

Funding setup

Ensure funding categories (e.g. Support Coordination, Plan Management) are available in the participant’s profile.

Client linking

Clients must be active in the CRM and connected to the correct funding.

Using QTime

Once setup is complete, staff can begin recording time:

Log time
