The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure participants receiving end of life care from Empowering Connection are supported with dignity, compassion and respect, in accordance with their wishes, values and cultural needs.

This policy and procedure applies to all staff involved in the delivery or coordination of end of life supports and meets relevant legislation, regulations and Standards.
