The purpose of this Clinical Governance Framework is to ensure Empowering Connection delivers safe, high-quality and participant-centred clinical care through integrated clinical and corporate governance systems.
This Framework outlines how Empowering Connection is accountable for continuously improving the safety, quality and effectiveness of clinical services provided to participants.
This Framework applies to all clinical services delivered by Empowering Connection and to all workers involved in the delivery, oversight or governance of clinical care.
This Framework supports compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors, including but not limited to:
