The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure Empowering Connection undertakes consistent, person-centred assessment, planning and review processes that support participant choice, control, safety and outcomes.

This policy and procedure applies to all staff involved in assessment, planning, delivery and review of participant supports and meets relevant legislation, regulations and Standards.
